As a condition of entry, all ticket holders 16 years and over are required to show proof of double dose COVID-19 vaccination with an acceptable form of ID such as Driver’s Licence or WA Photo Card, or provide an acceptable medical exemption, and check in using SafeWA. The WA Government has provided more information on how you can show your proof of COVID-19 vaccination here. This condition of entry applies to all WASO performances.
Checking proof of vaccination is our shared responsibility
When purchasing tickets, you acknowledge WASO performs in Government owned/operated venues and these events are subject to changing directions for public health and social measures. To enter the venue, you are required to abide by any WA Public Health Orders, government, venue or event requirements in effect at the time of your attendance.
Additional safety measures have been put in place to adhere to the latest Government advice at the venue. This includes check in protocols, cleaning and sanitisation. Please allow extra time for your arrival to ensure smooth entry before the performance.
We have a shared responsibility when it comes to proof of vaccination, with venues required to take reasonable steps to ensure all patrons are double dose vaccinated, or exempt, and ticketholders must provide this information at the venue on request. Thank you in advance for adhering to the Government health advice to keep everyone safe and healthy.
Acceptable forms of proof include:
The ServiceWA app, the WA Government's free, convenient and secure mobile application to show proof of your COVID-19 vaccinations
Vaccination certificates that are accepted by the Australian Government for travel into Australia will also be accepted at businesses and venues in WA.
You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange if you do not comply with vaccination requirements unless you booked prior to 14 January 2022. If you have made a booking prior to this date, you can request a refund if you are unable to comply with these conditions. Please email your details including order number to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to the performance.
