Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for the arts? WASO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns that drive audience engagement and revenue growth across our mainstage and community programs.
As the brand custodian and audience experience expert, you will manage a talented team and collaborate across departments to deliver compelling campaigns, data-driven insights, and exceptional audience experiences. This role offers the opportunity to work in a vibrant cultural organisation committed to excellence, passion, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement concert marketing strategies
- Lead digital, social, and direct marketing initiatives
- Manage campaign budgets and media partnerships
- Analyse audience data and campaign performance
- Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
About You:
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management and sales-driven strategy
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- CRM and digital marketing expertise (Tessitura experience desirable)
- Passion for live entertainment and the arts
