Are you a strategic marketer with a passion for the arts? WASO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns that drive audience engagement and revenue growth across our mainstage and community programs.
As the brand custodian and audience experience expert, you will manage a talented team and collaborate across departments to deliver compelling campaigns, data-driven insights, and exceptional audience experiences. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement concert marketing strategies
Lead digital, social, and direct marketing initiatives
Manage campaign budgets and media partnerships
Analyse audience data and campaign performance
Foster strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
About You:
Proven experience in marketing campaign management and sales-driven strategy
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
CRM and digital marketing expertise (Tessitura experience desirable)
Passion for live entertainment and the arts
