There are many ways to donate to WASO. Your gift to WASO directly supports our mission to touch souls and enrich lives through music. All contributions greater than $2.00 are fully tax deductible and every gift makes a difference. Please select from one of the options below.
If you would like to make a contribution towards the WASO Song Book or towards the purchase of instruments for the Orchestra, please contact Executive Manager, Philanthropy, Alecia Benzie on 9326 0020 or email email@example.com .
All our Patrons receive our Encore newsletter and invitations to exclusive Patron-only events throughout the year. Patrons donating $500 and above are acknowledged in Masters and Classics concert programs and on our website, unless anonymity is requested. You can view WASO’s Philanthropy brochure here.
Is my gift tax deductible?
Gifts over $2 are fully tax deductible. WASO’s funds are listed as tax-deductible on the Register of Cultural Organisations under Subdivision 30-BA of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. Our ABN number is 26 081 230 284. We will send you a tax receipt for your records.

Patrons and Friends will be acknowledged on the WASO website and in our Masters and Classics Series’ concert programs. You can choose for your gift to be anonymous.
Can I make a gift and remain anonymous - or create a memorial acknowledgement?
If you would prefer to remain anonymous or honour a loved one's memory with a gift, please let our Philanthropy team know.
What if I can't make a gift right now?
