Priority renewal deadline for existing renewing subscribers is Wednesday 26 September 2018, 5pm. Non-renewed seats will be released for subscription sale after this date.
Ticket Exchanges for Subscribers
Ticket exchanges for subscribers are available free of charge from Monday 10 December 2018, 9am between the 2019 WASO subscription concerts. Changes may incur an upgrade in price and are subject to availability. Changes can be done by mail (tickets must be received two business days before the concert) or in person at the WASO Box Office (not available online).
New Subscribers
New subscribers will be issued seats in the reserve selected on the booking form. If we are not able to facilitate your request, a member of our Customer Service team will contact you to discuss seating options.
Subscription Packs
Subscription packs will be mailed when your subscription has been processed and paid in full. Packs include tickets and subscriber card(s).
Payment Instalment Options
All subscribers can pay for their subscription(s) in 2, 3 or 4 instalments (a $7.70 transaction fee applies):
2 instalments: Payment 1 at booking / Payment 2 on Friday 4 January 2019.
3 instalments: Payment 1 at booking / Payment 2 on Friday 4 January 2019 / Payment 3 on Friday 1 February 2019.
4 instalments: Payment 1 at booking / Payment 2 on Friday 30 November 2018 / Payment 3 on Friday 4 January 2019 / Payment 4 on Friday 1 February 2019.

On Sale Date Single Tickets
Bookings for single tickets for the general public will go on sale on Wednesday 21 November 2018, 9am.
On Sale Date Group Bookings
Group bookings for the general public will go on sale on Wednesday 21 November 2018, 9am.
With group bookings of 8 or more you can save up to 20% on standard tickets for selected performances.
