Join WASO and the Western Australian Youth Orchestra in this special event as they combine forces to create a massive orchestra, a Classical Spectacular. Featuring Stravinsky’s passionate The Firebird Suite (1919) and our very own Shaun Lee-Chen performing solo violin in the breathtaking Saint-Saëns’ Introduction and Rondo Capriccioso. Finishing with the colourful Pictures at an Exhibition, Classical Spectacular is the perfect way to spend Valentines Day.

Although you are welcome to bring your own bottle of wine, no other glass of any sort is permitted into the venue. This includes wine or drinking glasses, beer bottles, jars or any other containers made of glass. Please bring food containers made from plastic and if you wish to bring beer it must be in cans.
Security will search bags at the event entrances.
Online sales have now closed for Classical Spectacular. Tickets are still available from the WASO box office on 9326 0000 or 445 Hay St Perth between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Tickets will also be available at the venue from 5pm on Saturday 14 Feb.
